StrideWise Support Solutions has been set up by 2 highly experienced clinicians with backgrounds in case management and physiotherapy. We have worked with agency care managers and frontline support staff and clients over many years.  We have an in depth understanding of what is needed clinically, administratively and at a personal level, to provide a support service that is both efficient and effective.  Our clinical knowledge and skills related to client care combined with our extensive insight into the needs of referring parties, professionals, support workers and clients, makes us unique.

We are not an ‘agency’ in the traditional sense. We recruit support workers and rehab practitioners specifically for individual clients and provide a bespoke service including fees that are individually calculated depending on the needs of the referrer and client.

We specialise in neurological injuries and polytrauma only, which means we are experts in what we do.
