With significant experience of working with clients with support packages, and providing clinical training to the support workers, we know what works and what doesn’t.
We know what a client needs to ensure they reach their full potential, and we know how to train and supervise support workers to ensure this happens.

Our Aims

To provide a caring, safe and dynamic service that we would expect and wish to receive ourselves and that treats clients and those around them as we would expect and wish to be treated ourselves.

To maximise the opportunity for our clients to become as independent as possible through use of effective rehabilitation and skilled support.

To ensure clients and families feel comfortable at all times with those working with them and feel empowered to communicate their needs and wishes openly and confidently so everyone is working together to achieve the same outcomes.

To work in partnership with all those involved in meeting the client’s health, medical, rehabilitation, social, community, environmental, vocational needs and aspirations.

Proactive. We are forward-thinking, anticipating and preventing potential challenges rather than reacting to problems. This includes early risk assessment, regular progress reviews, preventive safety measures, and proactive communication with stakeholders to address concerns before they escalate
